Why Did I Receive a Warning from Amazon About My Account?Updated a month ago

Occasionally, Amazon may send out automated warnings about potential account deactivation. These can be triggered for several reasons, including:

  • Inactive listings or low recent sales

  • Missing or outdated account information

  • Inventory or listing issues (even if already resolved)

  • Higher-than-average returns or customer complaints

  • Routine system reviews of new seller accounts

The good news?
These warnings are typically automated and resolve themselves within 7–14 days without any impact on your store’s performance or sales. They rarely require action and do not harm your sales in the meantime.

If you receive one, don’t panic — just forward it to us. We’ll review it and make sure everything is good on our end. We've seen these many times and know exactly how to handle them.

As always, our team is here to support you and keep your account in good standing.
